These terms describe the Smart Miners website, apps, PC Connector, bots, free tools and supporter-funded features. Smart Miners is independent from GoMining.
Your accounts remain yours
You are responsible for your Smart Miners, Discord, Telegram, GoMining and wallet security. Never provide Smart Miners with GoMining credentials, private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases.
Models are not guarantees
Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Calculated rewards, rankings, probabilities and scenarios are analytical game estimates, not guaranteed outcomes or financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Prices and duration are shown first
Any supporter price, duration and included feature set is shown before an order is created. A voluntary donation does not create or extend a license unless the page explicitly states otherwise.
Contact us about mistakes
For duplicate payments, incorrect matching, access failures or refund questions, contact support@gominertools.xyz. Eligibility is assessed from the transaction, delivered access and applicable law.
Separate providers have separate terms
GoMining, Discord, Telegram, Supabase, blockchain networks and market-data providers are third parties. Their availability and terms are outside Smart Miners' control.
